Did you know that rowing engages 86% of your muscles. That’s insane!! Rowing is a low impact full body work out that anyone can add to your fitness journey. Row House offers 30 and 45 minute classes with a mix of on the rower and off the rower workouts. Row House would be a great option for the new year to help get you ready and back into shape for 2025.

Northland Dog of the Week
LUNA!!!!!!!! Look at how cute she is. Mrs. Luna is up for adoption at the Gladstone animal shelter. Most of the dogs here are ones that have been given up by their owners, or have been caught running loose. Luna is looking for her forever home and maybe that’s with YOU! She is smart, curious, playful, and friendly. She is good with other dogs and children. If you want to adopt her you can do so here. Or send this to someone that needs her. Adopt Luna HERE
Kansas City - An International Destination
The BBC has come up with a list of the most desirable places to visit internationally and guess who made the list? That’s right - WE DID. Kansas City ended up on the list at number 22.
